About The Position

The Electrical Technician supports licensed electricians by preparing materials, tools, and work areas for daily tasks. Under direct supervision, the technician learns to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, following detailed instructions for basic wiring, conduit installation, and equipment setup. The role includes observing and practicing safety protocols, documenting completed tasks and materials used, communicating progress and questions to crew members, maintaining clean and organized work areas, and participating in on-the-job and classroom training to develop trade skills and an understanding of the construction process.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Complete the OSHA 10 program within 6 months of hire.

• OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification.
