About The Position

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to support our SJE Rhombus brand. This role will work out of our Detroit Lakes, MN location. Detroit Lakes is the home office for SJE and is the leading manufacturer of our liquid level control products, including pump control panels, alarm systems, float switches, and level monitoring solutions. Our SJE Rhombus brand is a leading provider of liquid level control products and pump control solutions for the water, wastewater, and sewage industries across residential, commercial, municipal, industrial, and agricultural sectors. As our Technical Support Specialist, your primary role will be to assist customers via phone or email with their technical questions about our electrical control panels. You will also accurately process orders along with creating Bill of Materials and electrical schematics. You will maintain customer contact and case records using incident tracking software and generating reports as requested. You will serve as a service contact for our Controls and Level-Sensing Technology products.

Requirements

Exceptional communication and troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of product offers
A technical mindset and a keen eye for detail
Comfortability with computers and software to perform job tasks
Experience building control panels or electrical components
The willingness to be part of a team but also be able to work independently
A high school diploma or GED is required.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with AutoCAD Electrical

Responsibilities
