About The Position

XNRGY Climate Systems is seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical Supervisor (Second Shift) to join their team in Mesa, Arizona. This role reports to the Production Manager and will oversee second shift electrical operations, including electrical assembly support, troubleshooting, and test lab activities. The goal is to ensure safety, quality, and production objectives are consistently met. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supporting technicians on the floor, ensuring equipment reliability, driving adherence to electrical standards, and resolving technical issues in real time. The ideal candidate will be highly engaged in day-to-day operations, providing technical direction, coaching team members, and ensuring smooth execution of electrical and testing activities during off-shift production.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, Electrical Lead, or similar technical role in a manufacturing or technical environment.
  • Hands-on experience in electrical systems, wiring, diagnostics, and electromechanical troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical principles, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
  • Ability to lead and support technicians in both production and laboratory settings.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on coaching and team development.
  • Ability to work independently during second shift operations with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and electrical compliance requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in HVAC and/or industrial equipment manufacturing environments is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with HVAC testing systems, lab instrumentation, or product validation processes is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead second shift electrical operations, including Electrical Technicians.
  • Maintain strong floor presence to provide hands-on technical support and direction.
  • Ensure safe execution of all electrical work in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee wiring, installation, diagnostics, and testing activities across production and lab environments.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for electrical and test-related issues during second shift.
  • Troubleshoot electrical systems, components, and electromechanical equipment to reduce downtime.
  • Prioritize and coordinate workload between production support and test lab activities.
  • Ensure proper setup, calibration, and maintenance of electrical and testing equipment.
  • Partner with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve technical issues and improve performance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, test results, and shift communications.
