The Electrical Supervisor will work with the Reliability Engineer to analyze downtime reports to identify trends and correct systemic problems before they affect production. This role involves monitoring the planned maintenance system (SAP) for the completion of electrical maintenance, acting as a safety role model for the electrical shop, and collaborating with the Planner on electrical repairs and preventive maintenance of process equipment. The supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining Quality System policies and procedures, creating or reviewing work instructions, and participating in appropriate safety training for all assigned employees. Additionally, the role requires interfacing with MSHA and other governing health and safety agencies, coordinating and monitoring the activities of all assigned electrical employees, and ensuring preventative action is taken to avoid nonconformities related to product, process, or the quality system.
