About The Position

Our Electrical Supervisors at M&Y oversee the delivery of internal and external contracts across but not limited to, Responsive Repairs, Electrical testing programme, Void properties and planned investment works ensuring customer centricity is at the heart of everything we do. You will work collaboratively with all clients to deliver the most efficient and cost-effective service. You’ll also be required to manage the performance of operatives/subcontractors ensuring appointments, targets, customer satisfaction, compliance and policies are met. You would be expected to attend sites weekly to carry out inspections. Requirements

City & Guilds or NVQ 3 equivalent in electro technical subject
City & Guilds 2391 testing & inspection or equivalent
18th Edition wiring regulations
Knowledge with NICEIC documentation and guidelines
Experience working within the social housing sector and dealing with the general public
Able to use your own initiative, working to deadlines and agreed targets
Full UK driving license

Responsibilities

Manage the performance of operatives/subcontractors ensuring appointments, targets, customer satisfaction, compliance and policies are met.
Attend sites weekly to carry out inspections.
Carry out surveys for electrical works on domestic and commercial properties.
