About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to manage field work, schedule manpower, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity for commercial projects ranging from $50k to $2.5M. As a "boots on the ground" leader, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to code. This is a full-time, union-represented role (USWU Local 363A) requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience as a Foreman or Superintendent. As the primary "boots on the ground" authority, you will be responsible for directing manpower, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining quality standards in accordance with NEC and NYC codes. Ideal candidates possess strong leadership skills, the ability to mentor field crews, and experience coordinating directly with project management to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience as a Superintendent or Foreman on commercial projects.
Extensive knowledge of NEC and NYC electrical codes, methods, and practices.
Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and electrical system designs.
Complete understanding of OSHA construction safety regulations.
Strong team leadership and communication skills.
Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Foreman or Superintendent.
Ability to mentor field crews.
Experience coordinating directly with project management.
