About The Position

B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time Project Field Superintendent to join their Instrumentation & Electrical division. The company is looking for exceptional leaders with a background in construction and a passion for continuous improvement to help drive customer satisfaction and company profit. The position offers a competitive wage of $40–$48 per hour, typically requiring 50–60 hours a week, and includes an extensive compensation package. As a Project Field Superintendent, you will report directly to the Industry-specific Project Manager or Construction Manager and provide a full range of operational oversight. While management is the primary focus, you will also work with tools alongside your crews in the field when necessary. Your role involves mentoring team members, participating in efforts to enhance customer satisfaction, and ensuring personal job mastery across the site. B.H.
