About The Position

B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time Project Field Superintendent to join their Instrumentation & Electrical division. They are looking for exceptional leaders with a background in construction and a passion for continuous improvement to help drive customer satisfaction and company profit. This position typically requires 50–60 hours a week and includes an extensive compensation package. As a Project Field Superintendent, the role involves reporting directly to an Industry-specific Project Manager or Construction Manager and providing a full range of operational oversight. The primary focus is management, but the superintendent will also work with tools alongside crews in the field when necessary. Responsibilities include mentoring team members, participating in efforts to enhance customer satisfaction, and ensuring personal job mastery across the site. BHI was founded in 1998 as an electrical company and has grown into a general contractor focusing on instrumentation and electrical, civil & excavation, facilities & pipeline, construction management, and wireless & communications, with projects and offices across the United States.
