Requirements
- 10+ years in the electrical field
- 10+ years of supervisory experience leading crews in the field
- Proven ability to run large-scale commercial or industrial jobs
- Strong knowledge of NEC, electrical systems, and construction practices
- Ability to lead through both authority and respect
- OSHA 30 Certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)

Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of field execution across complex commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.
- Lead projects or scopes up to 200,000 man-hours.
- Supervise multiple foremen and up to 100 field employees.
- Drive productivity, accountability, and culture across the jobsite.
- Make hiring, staffing, and performance decisions for your team.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and project plans.
- Coordinate and install: Conduit systems (EMT, GRC, IMC), Cable tray and large cable pulls, Switchgear, transformers, and distribution systems, Fire alarm and control systems.
- Oversee layout, underground work, and equipment installation.
- Ensure all work meets NEC and project specifications.
- Enforce safety standards and lead weekly safety inspections.
- Maintain OSHA compliance and jobsite discipline.
- Own site security, cleanliness, and organization.
- Train and mentor electricians, apprentices, and foremen.
- Set expectations and hold the line on performance.
- Build crews that can execute without constant oversight.
