About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations for commercial and mission critical construction projects in the Phoenix, Arizona market. The Electrical Superintendent will oversee daily field activities, coordinate subcontractors and field personnel, ensure work is completed safely and efficiently, and maintain project schedules while delivering exceptional quality. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively communicate with project managers, clients, inspectors, and trade partners to keep projects on track from start to finish.

Requirements

• Extensive experience supervising electrical construction projects.
• Background managing commercial, mission critical, or large-scale electrical installations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Thorough understanding of electrical systems, installation methods, and applicable codes.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Willingness to work on-site in the Phoenix, Arizona area.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all electrical field operations on assigned projects.
• Lead and coordinate foremen, electricians, subcontractors, and other field personnel.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within quality expectations.
• Monitor productivity and workforce planning to meet project milestones.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, and other trades to resolve field issues.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, progress updates, and field documentation.
• Identify and proactively resolve jobsite challenges to minimize delays.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
