The Electrical Specialist Mechanic will practice safe work habits, demonstrate the ability to optimize equipment performance for quality product manufacturing, and teach other maintenance classifications. This role involves troubleshooting programmable controllers, A/C and D/C drives and their control systems, and utilizing maintenance software. The specialist will also plan and schedule maintenance work, assign tasks, and ensure proper repair execution to maximize equipment utilization. Responsibilities include completing paperwork, working necessary hours and shifts, maintaining good housekeeping, and complying with company policies. Additional duties may be assigned by management.
