About The Position

Join Mac Vik Plumbing, Heating and Electrical as a Master or Journeyman Electrician and become a vital part of our dedicated team! We are located in beautiful Golden, CO but service all the Denver Metro & surrounding areas including the local foothill/Mountain areas. We are looking for skilled electricians who are passionate about delivering high-quality electrical solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. Competitive Pay! As our Electrical Service Technician, you will oversee all scheduled Electrical Service Calls coming in from our Call Center, including but not excluding HVAC, Boiler and Plumbing jobsite electrical assistance with fellow Service Technicians. You will be responsible for managing materials, labor, and production of Multi Family, Residential and Commercial Electrical Projects.

Requirements

Colorado Master or Journeyman Electrical License, required.
Valid driver license, clean driving record
Pass Drug Test
Strong knowledge and experience related to scheduling, material lead times, product knowledge, and installation durations.
Solid understanding of the electrical codes and installation methods.
Proficiency in Service Titan Program.
Basic understanding of workforce productivity and resource planning.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
Reliable attendance, punctual.
Professional, positive attitude, and team oriented.

Responsibilities

Oversee all scheduled Electrical Service Calls coming in from our Call Center, including but not excluding HVAC, Boiler and Plumbing jobsite electrical assistance with fellow Service Technicians.
Manage materials, labor, and production of Multi Family, Residential and Commercial Electrical Projects.
Customer Communication planning and development.
Develop onsite planning to streamline material, possible part delivery, equipment usage, and time after Customer Approval.
Assign clear scope of work and responsibilities.
Monitor schedule, maintain meticulous records, ensure consistent quality of work.
Prioritize jobsite safety compliance.
Attend weekly Staff meetings in office.
