This role involves leading and completing residential electrical service projects, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing electrical systems. The technician will provide exceptional customer service, maintain accurate job records, and represent Wagner Mechanical professionally. Mentoring junior electricians is also part of the responsibilities.

Requirements

Valid Journeyman Electrician License
Minimum 2 years of residential electrical service experience
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Professional, reliable, and motivated to succeed

Nice To Haves

Experience leading or mentoring other electricians
Interest in professional growth and continued education

Responsibilities

Lead and complete residential electrical service projects
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems
Provide exceptional customer service in homes and on job sites
Maintain accurate job records and communicate updates with customers and team members
Represent Wagner Mechanical professionally while operating company-provided vehicle
Mentor and support junior electricians as needed
