Requirements

Journeyman electrician experience (1-15 years).
Positive attitude and professionalism.
Open-mindedness to new ways of working and adaptability.
Clear and confident communication with customers.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Experience in building trust and offering solutions.
Experience with ServiceTitan or willingness to learn.
Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
Oregon electrical journeyman license.
Valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

Washington electrical license (company will assist in obtaining within 30 days).

Responsibilities

Talking with customers and building genuine trust.
Accurately estimating time and staying on schedule.
Documenting jobs, creating notes, and providing invoices.
Helping our team and company grow by providing exceptional service every time.

Benefits

Compensation: $50 - $60 per hour plus commission on all jobs sold and completed that meet gross margin target

Set schedule: A Tuesday - Saturday shift or Sunday–Thursday shift, you choose!
