About The Position

Harts Plumbers, Electricians & HVAC is hiring a licensed Electrical Service Expert for its Lynnwood, Washington location. The role combines electrical technical work with customer service. The employee diagnoses, repairs, and improves electrical systems and helps customers make informed decisions using the Harts Service Process. This is a full-time, commission-based position with hours scheduled between 6:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Commission is 4%–18% of the project subtotal, with expected annual earnings of $70,000–$180,000+. The position involves travel, described as “Road Warrior.”

Requirements

• Washington Journeyman Electrical License (EL01 or EL02).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Commitment to excellent customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical issues and create multi-option repair or upgrade proposals.
• Present solutions to customers with confidence and clarity.
• Complete electrical service work to Harts’ standards.
• Meet service criteria and contribute to revenue goals.
