About The Position

Bell Brothers Plumbing, Heating & Air is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Electrical Sales Specialist to join their team. This is a 100% commission-based role designed for top performers who thrive in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment. In this role, you will provide expert in-home consultations, diagnose electrical needs, and recommend solutions that enhance safety, efficiency, and comfort. You’ll play a critical role in driving revenue growth by turning service opportunities into high-value electrical upgrades and installations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or home services
  • Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and common upgrades (panels, circuits, EV chargers, lighting, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
  • Ability to assess customer needs and confidently recommend solutions
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home sales consultations for both existing (club) and new customers
  • Identify customer needs and present tailored electrical solutions, upgrades, and system improvements
  • Close sales on electrical services including panel upgrades, rewires, EV chargers, lighting, and other residential electrical projects
  • Diagnose electrical systems and clearly explain issues, risks, and recommended solutions
  • Provide accurate, transparent estimates and financing options when applicable
  • Build trust with customers through professionalism and expertise
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Bell Brothers by maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Operate company vehicles in accordance with company policies
  • Partner with Electrical Installers, Service Technicians, and Sales Coordinators to ensure jobs are executed smoothly
  • Follow up on active projects to ensure customer satisfaction and project completion
  • Work closely with field teams and leadership to align on scope, pricing, and customer expectations
  • Support team revenue goals and contribute to a high-performance sales culture
  • Address customer questions or concerns regarding scope of work, pricing, and timelines
  • Ensure a positive customer experience from consultation through project completion
