About The Position

This role involves serving as a trusted advisor to homeowners, providing electrical solutions tailored to their needs. The consultant will conduct in-home assessments, explain service options clearly, generate estimates, present recommendations, and close sales opportunities. Collaboration with installation and service teams is key to ensuring project accuracy and customer satisfaction. The position also requires maintaining accurate documentation, following up on leads, and upholding high standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of residential electrical experience with strong technical knowledge.
  • Proven sales or customer-facing experience within the trades industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
