You will support calibration, maintenance, and testing operations while learning company processes, equipment, and quality standards. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work safely
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
Responsibilities
- Perform basic equipment setup, maintenance, and testing under supervision
- Assist senior technicians with routine calibrations and repairs
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
- Learn company processes, equipment, and documentation systems
- Support daily operational and technical activities within the lab and field environments
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established procedures
- Assist with organizing tools, equipment, and work areas
