Graywolf Integrated Construction is seeking a project-based Electrical QA/QC Inspector in Conyers, GA. Requirements

Four (4) years of formal training and experience in heavy industrial projects such as refineries, petro-chemical complexes, power plants, etc.
State Electrical Journeyman License
NCCER Industrial Electrician certification (prefer both knowledge and performance verification)
Experience in understanding ITPs, WPSs, PQRs, and WPQs
Ability to effectively interact with project team members, clients, subcontractors and craft employees.
Must be capable of obtaining or possess inspection licenses and/or certifications as required.
Read, write and communicate using English language sufficient to perform job functions as required by client and/or facility policy.
Must be able to communicate and document via company web mail programs.
Must be able to successfully complete all required pre-hire requirements.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of PFD’s, P&ID’s, Isometrics and Loop Diagrams

Responsibilities

Interpret and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
Maintain quality control procedures for each stage of the manufacturing and/or installation process and conduct regular inspections, audits, and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Collect data for identifying trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is complete, organized, and accessible for audits.
Perform improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
Work closely with team members to address quality issues, resolve conflicts, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Identify potential risks to product quality and mitigate risk through collaborative problem solving and contingency plans.
Participate in quality control meetings with project team and/or customer.
Maintain Quality and Commissioning Schedules on the jobsite.
Communicate and manage open observations with installation teams.
