About The Position
An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Buffalo, NY area for a local individual with 5+ years’ experience as an Electrical Project Manager/Estimator with a background in Civil Construction on mid-large size Industrial and Commercial projects. This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K w/ matching, Short/Long Term Disability, Life insurance, PTO and other outstanding perks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Electrical Project Management experience
- Mid-large Industrial and Commercial Experience
- Background in Civil Construction
- Experience with Construction Administration, Project Tracking, Labor/Material cost evaluation, documentation, inspections, purchasing and negotiations
- Experience quoting a vast array of project sizes ranging from Service and Maintenance to large multi-disciplined turnkey projects
- Experience supervising and coordinating other’s performance
- Experience working with unionized trade craft labor
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Accubid, Enterprise, LiveCount or related estimation software
- Bachelor’s Degree or Vocational School
