About The Position

Multi-Family Construction Group is currently seeking an Electrical Project Manager. This role involves leading the planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of assigned MEP projects. The successful candidate will supervise Project Coordinators & Assistant Project Manager teams to achieve schedule, budget, and quality objectives. This position requires managing project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards, and conducting regular project meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and accountability.

Requirements

• 5–12 years of progressive experience managing MEP construction projects
• Demonstrated ability to manage medium-to-large project budgets ($5M–$50M+)
• Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, construction methods, and building codes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Procore, Bluebeam, Spectrum and/or other construction management software
