About The Position

Overwatch Mission Critical is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to support field verification, progress reporting, and construction oversight for a large-scale data center tenant fit-out project in Fargo, North Dakota. The role focuses on electrical systems installation and construction progress verification in a mission-critical environment supporting GPU-intensive infrastructure. The project currently includes eight data halls, with planned future expansion. This is an individual-contributor position requiring a strong electrical construction background, the ability to interpret drawings, and confidence working independently to identify installation issues, construction risks, and schedule impacts. The position operates primarily in active data center construction areas, including indoor and outdoor settings, unfinished buildings, temporary field offices, staging areas, and partially completed infrastructure. Site conditions may include uneven or obstructed terrain, limited accessibility, and construction-related hazards. Candidates must be able to work onsite in Fargo, ND, and drive between job sites. A valid, appropriate driver’s license and eligibility to operate a motor vehicle are required when onsite presence or travel between work locations is an essential job function. The role requires effective professional communication, including preparing written reports and documentation, conveying information clearly to team members, clients, and stakeholders, and responding appropriately to work-related communications. Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities, subject to the safety, mobility, and facility-control limitations described in the posting. Overwatch Mission Critical is a service-disabled Veteran-owned small business certified through the National Veterans Business Development Council. It provides construction professional services, talent acquisition, and general contractor services for the mission-critical infrastructure industry, with a focus on constructing and managing data centers.
