About The Position

Facility Solutions Group’s West Palm Beach Office is hiring an Electrical Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute electrical construction projects ranging from $5 million to $50 million. The role manages the full project lifecycle, including resources and personnel, and ensures projects adhere to timelines and budgets while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. The Project Manager contributes to the successful completion of profitable electrical projects.

Requirements

Typically 5 or more years of experience in electrical project management, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and industry standards.
Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Familiarity with electrical design, codes, and regulations, such as NEC and IEC.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Nice To Haves

A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
Professional certifications such as PMP or Certified Electrical Project Manager are a plus.

Responsibilities

Plan, oversee, and direct electrical construction projects.
Disseminate relevant project information to various departments.
Monitor project progress and maintain the project schedule.
Develop project budgets and track project costs according to contractual obligations.
Review and study project documents, including estimates, design drawings, specifications, customer proposals, and contracts.
Perform other duties assigned by the executive management team.
