About The Position

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a leading contractor delivering large-scale data center construction projects. This is a site-based role, requiring full-time presence on-site Monday through Friday, working alongside project teams to successfully deliver complex electrical installations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction, preferably within mission-critical environments such as data centers, although experience on other large-scale commercial or industrial projects will also be considered. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager looking to play a key role in delivering major mission-critical construction projects while being fully embedded with the site team throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction projects
Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation practices, and project delivery
Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management software

Responsibilities

Manage the electrical scope of work from project award through to commissioning and closeout
Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and cost control
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and client representatives
Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving issues to maintain programme and budget
Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittents, and change orders
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project standards
Work closely with site teams to drive productivity and successful project delivery
Prepare regular project reports and communicate progress to senior leadership
