Serving Dickinson, ND, and the nearby areas, you'll see our projects through from planning to completion. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously from planning through completion
• Ability to track costs and keep projects on schedule and within budget
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and balance multiple responsibilities while maintaining quality
• Efficient time management skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Must have the ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from beginning to end, ensuring excellence throughout all stages of the work.
• Coordinate project schedules, subcontractor scheduling, material/equipment gathering, project budgets, job costs, and project documentation.
• Monitor team progress to ensure projects are on track and make adjustments as needed to meet major milestones.
• Keep customers updated on project progress.
• Communicate updates with field crews.
• Inform leadership on project status.
• Find swift resolutions to problems to minimize delays.
• Ensure team members meet all safety, regulatory, and company requirements.
