About The Position
Rinvio is hiring an Electrical Project Manager for commercial, industrial, and mission critical construction work. This is a W-2 contract role for someone who can manage schedule, client communication, subcontractor coordination, and project execution without losing control of the details. Compensation is $58-$82/hr depending on experience, project complexity, and travel needs. Travel/per diem may be available depending on assignment. Strong compensation for candidates who can own real scope.
Requirements
- Electrical construction project management experience
- Ability to manage field and office-side project demands at the same time
- Strong communication, urgency, and accountability
Nice To Haves
- Experience with complex building systems or fast-track schedules preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage electrical scopes from preconstruction support through execution and closeout
- Own schedule coordination, documentation, and client/trade communication
- Track material flow, submittits, RFIs, change issues, and field progress
- Work closely with superintendents, foremen, and external stakeholders
- Keep projects moving while protecting budget, timeline, and execution quality
