About The Position

Advanced Blending Solutions LLC is hiring a full-time Electrical/Panel Technician II for its 1st shift production team in Wallace, Michigan. The technician wires complete machines and systems for automated equipment, runs cables according to electrical schematics, and helps wire and assemble control panels and subcomponents to specifications. The role may also involve inspecting and testing finished products to identify defects, measure performance, determine adjustments, and verify operation. Employees monitor equipment and materials for safe operation and follow safety procedures. The position involves working in various physical positions, including kneeling, bending, crouching, working overhead, and using ladders. The hourly starting pay is $22.25, depending on relevant experience. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 5:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., with weekends free.

Requirements

• Understanding of the fundamentals of electronics.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Ability to use power tools and hand tools.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of measuring equipment, including micrometers, calipers, and tape measures.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
