About The Position

Advanced Blending Solutions LLC is hiring a full-time Electrical/Panel Technician I for its production team in Wallace, Michigan. The technician wires electronic and control panels for automated equipment and may inspect and test finished products to identify defects, measure performance, determine adjustment needs, and verify operation. The role involves reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, process sheets, and assembly or schematic drawings. On-the-job training is provided; prior wiring experience is beneficial but not required. The work is performed in a clean, comfortable environment, with attention to quality and safe operation of equipment and materials.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to use power and hand tools.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks.
Knowledge of measuring equipment, including micrometers, calipers, and tape measures.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.

Nice To Haves

Experience with electrical wiring.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
