About The Position

Quad in East Long Meadow is currently hiring an Electrical/Mechanical Technician who wants to make a difference! At Quad, we value the growth and development of our employees. In this role, the starting wage is $25+ based on experience. As your career progresses, there are multiple upward paths available, as we are continuously looking for our next group of leaders to excel within the organization. The shifts are 12 hours: 8pm-8am. You do not switch shifts. Overtime is available.

Requirements

Self-starter capable of working independently or as a team member.
Familiar with 110/220/480v power.
Experience with industrial preventative maintenance, AC/DC motors.
Basic computer skills.
Minimum of 3 years Electrical/Mechanical experience or equivalent combination of related experience and education required.

Nice To Haves

Knowledgeable in the areas of Electrical and Mechanical maintenance, hydraulics and pneumatics, preventive maintenance, and follow company safety procedures.
Knowledge of standard machine shop equipment, mill, lath, welding, plumbing etc. is preferred.
Experience in industrial maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

Prioritizing workload based on production needs.
Troubleshoot, repair, perform predictive and preventive maintenance on high-speed production equipment.
Systematically solve problems.
Follow all company Safety Policies and procedures.
