About The Position

Island Pump and Tank, a proud subsidiary of Noble Fueling Solutions, is seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs across a range of fueling and environmental systems, ensuring safe and reliable operation in compliance with industry standards and regulations. Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of electrical management or supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience with estimating, budgeting, and project coordination.
  • Extensive knowledge of NEC, NFPA, OSHA, and state electrical codes.
  • Experience with gas station, petroleum, fueling system, or commercial electrical work preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Master Electrician license or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple crews and subcontractors.
  • Knowledge of fuel dispensers, tank monitoring systems, canopy lighting, and petroleum-related electrical systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate daily schedules, manpower, and project timelines to ensure efficient operations.
  • Oversee electrical service and construction projects from startup through completion.
  • Ensure all work complies with NEC, NFPA, OSHA, and applicable state and local electrical regulations.
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, testing, and quality control reviews to maintain company standards.
  • Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to support field execution.
  • Prepare and review electrical estimates, labor projections, and material takeoffs.
  • Order and coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractor services as needed.
  • Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide technical guidance to field personnel.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and communication with customers and internal teams.
  • Support customer relationships by ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to specification.
  • Promote and enforce company safety policies and procedures at all job sites.
