About The Position
Fire & Ice Heating & Air is seeking a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated Electrical Maintenance Team. This role is for someone who is customer-focused, eager to learn, and looking for a long-term career with a company that invests in its employees.
Requirements
- 1+ year of residential maintenance experience or general electrical knowledge
- Experience with face-to-face customer service and sales
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to explain options and recommendations clearly to customers
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Repairing and maintaining residential electrical systems and components
- Diagnosing residential electrical issues and providing customers with repair or replacement options
- Delivering exceptional customer service during every interaction
- Communicating effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members
- Creating detailed job notes and documentation within ServiceTitan
- Providing customers with accurate estimates and clear invoice summaries
- Maintaining a professional appearance and representing Fire & Ice Heating & Air with pride
