About The Position

The Electrical Maintenance Technician troubleshoots and repairs electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of manufacturing equipment. The role supports production operations by completing scheduled maintenance requirements and working from available drawings, equipment specifications, and schematics. The technician performs preventive, predictive, and routine inspections and maintenance, and maintains a safe, clean work environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations.

Requirements

• Work experience in a similar role, ideally in a production-oriented environment.
• Strong electrical and mechanical analytical problem-solving ability.
• Experience in welding, sheet metal fabrication, and pipe fitting.
• Working knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic blueprints.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with CNC machines and mechanical presses.
• Shift flexibility and willingness to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Support production operations by meeting scheduled maintenance requirements for hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Select materials and operate equipment to complete maintenance work, including electrical hand tools and voltage or ampere measuring devices.
• Troubleshoot and maintain plant equipment using sound troubleshooting techniques and repair methodology.
• Work from available drawings, equipment specifications, and schematics.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and routine inspections and maintenance.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
