Electrical Maintenance Technician (Second Shift)
About The Position
Pall Corporation, a Danaher company, is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician for its Deland, FL facility. This role is responsible for supporting the maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnosis of all machinery and equipment within the plant. The technician will work with minimal supervision, providing manufacturing technical support to department engineers and designers. This is an on-site position with a required work schedule of Monday through Friday, 3:15 PM to 11:15 PM, with potential for overtime. The role involves performing electrical repairs and installations according to specifications, interfacing with operators to ensure equipment readiness, and conducting preventative and predictive maintenance.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance concepts
- Minimum of five (5) years of related work experience at journeyman level
- Experience in like work centers
- Knowledge of single and three (3) phase industrial electricity and power distribution
- Ability to climb, stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull for a minimum of 8 hours per day
- Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lbs
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working with steel microfibers
- CNC machine maintenance
- Low voltage controls
- PLC experience
- Experience in a heavy manufacturing environment
