About The Position

At Jabil, the Electrical Lead oversees and guides the electrical team during the second shift, ensuring the efficient and safe execution of electrical projects, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The role leads electrical operators and coordinates installations, repairs, preventive maintenance, and operational handoffs across shifts and departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of electrical operators during the second shift, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Plan, schedule, and execute electrical installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility infrastructure.
• Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation to support repairs and modifications.
• Coordinate with other shifts and departments to support operational transitions and project continuity.
• Implement and maintain a preventive maintenance program for electrical systems.
• Maintain accurate records of electrical work, including repairs, installations, and inventory.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency in the electrical department.
• Participate in root cause analysis of electrical failures and implement corrective actions.
