The Electrical Lead will oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of the PV electrical systems including DC systems, MV collection, inverters, and HV substation equipment.
Requirements
- 7+ years utility-scale solar electrical construction experience
- Strong knowledge of MV collection systems and substation equipment
Nice To Haves
- Experience with electrical commissioning preferred
Responsibilities
- Inspect DC cabling, combiner boxes, and inverter installations
- Oversee MV collection system installation and testing
- Witness electrical testing and commissioning activities
- Ensure compliance with NEC, IEEE, and OEM standards
- Coordinate with EPC electrical teams and OE staff
- Track electrical NCRs and inspection reports
