The Civil/Mechanical Lead will oversee all civil and mechanical construction activities including site grading, roads, drainage, foundations, and tracker installation.
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in solar civil construction or heavy civil projects
- Experience with tracker foundations and solar site development
- Familiarity with geotechnical reports and civil testing procedures
Responsibilities
- Monitor earthwork, grading, and drainage construction
- Verify installation of culverts, stormwater systems, and erosion control
- Inspect equipment foundations and concrete placement
- Review pile driving logs and tracker installation
- Witness geotechnical testing and compaction testing
- Track civil quality documentation and NCRs
