Requirements

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members
• Basic understanding of electrical concepts or interest in developing technical skills
• Ability to manage time and complete tasks efficiently
• Detail-oriented and safety-focused
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or coursework in Electrical Technology or a related field preferred
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety practices preferred
• Ability to learn and apply electrical codes and standards with guidance

Responsibilities

• Assist with installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems in an industrial setting
• Work under the supervision of experienced electricians to complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently
• Support electrical system inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities
• Read and interpret basic electrical drawings and documentation
• Use and maintain electrical tools and equipment properly
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Other duties assigned based on business needs
