The Electrical Integration QC Inspector verifies the quality, accuracy, and completeness of electrical installation and integration work in e-houses, modular electrical buildings, switchgear assemblies, power distribution units (PDUs), relay panels, control panels, and related electrical systems. The role conducts in-process and final inspections of equipment installation, cable and conductor routing, terminations, grounding and bonding, panel interfaces, wire identification, electrical connections, and associated test documentation. The inspector checks work against approved electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, bills of materials, customer specifications, manufacturer instructions, applicable codes, and company quality procedures. The role works closely with Electrical Production, Electrical Engineering, Testing, Assembly QC, and the QC Supervisor to identify discrepancies, prevent nonconforming work from advancing, verify corrective actions, and ensure assemblies are ready for testing and final release. The position is based at Panelmatic's West Houston, Texas facility (PES, non-union). Work is primarily on the production floor in e-house electrical integration and test areas, including inside e-houses and around switchgear, panels, and electrical enclosures, with office time for records and reporting. The role involves manufacturing conditions and requires PPE, including arc-rated PPE where specified. Occasional extended hours may be required to support production schedules and customer delivery commitments.
