This is a role for someone who wants their hands on the whole plant, not just one line. You'll provide electrical, instrumentation, and controls expertise across paper machine operations, secondary fiber processing, automated warehouse systems, effluent treatment, and boiler & utility systems at a growing paper packaging manufacturer. If you want variety in your troubleshooting and real visibility into how a facility runs end to end, this is that kind of position. You'll work directly with PLCs, HMIs, drives, and other control systems — assessing, programming, and repairing them rather than just monitoring dashboards. You'll be the go-to resource operations and maintenance turn to when something needs to be diagnosed and fixed, not just flagged. You'll also get exposure to capital projects, supporting new instrumentation and control device installations from the ground up, and to reliability programs including thermography, ultrasound, and motor and power analysis.
