About The Position

This role will coordinate between all parties (Spain, Japan, China) for Instrument, controls, panels, etc. The Project Manager will manage all phases of E&I projects from planning through construction, commissioning, and handover. This includes leading site construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project objectives, monitoring project schedules, budgets, resources, and progress. The role involves coordinating with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams, ensuring compliance with HSE requirements, quality standards, and contractual obligations. The Project Manager will also manage client relationships, serve as the primary point of contact for project-related matters, review and approve project plans, method statements, and technical documentation, identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies, and prepare progress reports and present project updates to management and clients. Additionally, the role includes managing project variations, claims, and commercial aspects of the contract.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Experience in Lieu of degree
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Electrical & Instrumentation projects within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, LNG, or EPC environments.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, PLC, DCS, ESD, SCADA, and commissioning activities.
  • Experience in Refineries, Petrochemical Plants, LNG Facilities, Gas Processing Plants, Pipeline Projects, or Offshore/Onshore Oil & Gas Construction.
