About The Position

Arcon Electric is seeking a motivated, reliable Electrical Installer to work on commercial construction projects throughout the Florida Panhandle. The role involves working alongside experienced electricians and foremen to install electrical systems on new construction and renovation projects. The installer will follow supervisors’ instructions, contribute to safe and quality installations, and develop electrical skills on the job.

Nice To Haves

Previous electrical or commercial construction experience.
Basic knowledge of electrical tools, materials, and installation methods.
Experience with conduit bending, wire pulling, and electrical rough-ins.

Responsibilities

Assist with installing commercial electrical systems, including conduit, wiring, lighting, and electrical equipment.
Measure, cut, bend, assemble, and install electrical conduit and rough-in materials.
Assist with pulling wire and installing electrical boxes, fixtures, switches, and receptacles.
Follow electrical blueprints, drawings, and instructions provided by supervisors.
Use hand tools, power tools, and electrical equipment safely and effectively.
Gather, organize, and transport materials, tools, and equipment needed for daily tasks.
Work alongside electricians and foremen to complete assigned installations.
Identify and communicate material shortages, installation issues, and jobsite concerns.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Follow company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and applicable electrical codes.
Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship.
