Requirements
- 2–4 years of residential electrical installation experience.
- Experience with panel installation, meter pan installation, troubleshooting, outdoor electrical service, and riser installation.
- Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory.
- Knowledge of electrical codes and safety procedures.
- Must pass a motor vehicle check, background check, and drug screen.
- Strong customer service skills; honest, dependable, and reliable.
- Physical dexterity.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose residential electrical systems and guide customers toward informed buying decisions.
- Identify and communicate electrical issues to customers.
- Educate customers about their electrical systems, how they function, and what they need.
- Maintain a fully stocked truck inventory for each job.
- Document work performed according to company procedures.
- Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions.
- Set up electrical service or installation calls when needed.
