Requirements

• High School Diploma/ GED
• No prior fire protection experience required, just a demonstrated ability and desire to learn and help
• Basic electrical knowledge is needed for the role
• Drug testing/Background check required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Display professional appearance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Strong Communication Skills
• Basic understanding of hand tools and power tools.
• Basic understanding of technology, including but not limited to iPhone, iPad, and computers.

Responsibilities

• Delivering outstanding customer service while assisting Technicians with tasks related to the installation, modification, inspection, troubleshooting, servicing and maintenance of assigned systems.
• Clean and/or prepare work sites for installation projects.
• Assist in loading/unloading of materials, machinery and tools.
• Assist in setting up work area, including equipment.
• Assist installation and/or service teams as needed.
