About The Position

As an Electrical Installation Foreman, you will lead electrical installation and activities at customer job sites. This role focuses on delivering high-quality electrical installations on time and within budget while providing hands-on leadership to installation teams. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, diligent, and experienced in coordinating and accomplishing complex electrical work in a fast-paced, jobsite environment.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in electrical installation.
Willingness to travel extensively within the continental United States.
High School diploma or equivalent experience required; technical degree or specialized training preferred.
Ability to read and comprehend engineered drawings.
Strong safety awareness with a dedication to maintaining a secure workplace.
Physically able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and perform tasks such as pushing, pulling, squatting, crawling, and walking on large construction sites in various climates.
Effective communicator and able to take direction from supervision.
Basic digital literacy preferred, including email, spreadsheet entry, and report input.
A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

Complete assigned electrical tasks safely and efficiently within the allotted time as advised by site supervision.
Take personal responsibility for safety and promote a safe work environment for others.
Provide mentorship, basic training, and support to less experienced personnel.
Required to travel 100% to customer sites across the United States.
Capable of lifting at least 50 lbs.
Able to push, pull, squat, crawl, and walk across extensive building projects.
Work occurs in varying climates and environments.
