Requirements

Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
5+ years of electrical construction experience, including at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, and safety practices.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
Proven leadership, communication, and crew coordination skills.
OSHA 30 certification required.

Nice To Haves

Experience with construction management tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam) preferred.
Experience in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments.
Prior work on semiconductor construction projects or tool installation clients.
Understanding of cleanroom protocols and commissioning procedures.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate on-site electrical installation crews; assign daily tasks and monitor performance.
Enforce OSHA and site-specific safety standards; promote safe work practices.
Support installation of electrical systems for semiconductor tools, including power, controls, and grounding.
Verify work quality and compliance with drawings, specifications, and client standards.
Track and maintain accurate records for crew hours, materials, and equipment usage.
Communicate progress, challenges, and field issues to the General Foreman or Superintendent.
Assist with inspections, safety audits, commissioning activities, and resolve minor field-level issues.
