Electrical Foreman (E1/E2)
About The Position

We're hiring Connecticut Licensed Electrical Foremen (E1 or E2) at multiple leadership levels for long-term career opportunities throughout Connecticut. Whether you're an emerging foreman ready to lead your first crew or an experienced leader managing multi-million-dollar commercial projects, we'd like to speak with you. Current Opportunities include Lead Foreman (Tier 3) leading $5M+ commercial projects, Foreman (Tier 2) leading projects ranging from $300K-$1.5M, and Foreman (Tier 1) ideal for emerging leaders running smaller commercial projects. Project types include commercial buildings, hospitals & healthcare facilities, assisted living facilities, medical imaging/CAT Scan installations, and some prevailing wage work.
Requirements
- Valid Connecticut E1 or E2 Electrical License
- Foreman or crew leadership experience
- Commercial electrical experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Must pass background check, physical, and drug screen (THC not included in testing)
Responsibilities
- Lead $5M+ commercial projects (Lead Foreman)
- Manage assistant foremen and crews of 10+ electricians (Lead Foreman)
- Lead projects ranging from $300K-$1.5M (Foreman Tier 2)
- Supervise crews of 5-8 electricians (Foreman Tier 2)
- Run smaller commercial projects with crews of 2-3 electricians (Foreman Tier 1)
- Read blueprints and coordinate field crews
