Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in as an electrical foreman preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily electrical work activities on job sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.
• Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients and project managers.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues on-site.
