Ace Electric, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join their team, focusing on mission-critical facilities, data centers, hyperscale, industrial, and commercial construction projects. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
Valid Driver’s License
Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

4+ years of electrical estimating experience
Experience in: Mission Critical / Data Centers, Industrial Construction, Large Commercial Construction, Design-Build Projects, Fast-Track Construction Environments
Accubid Anywhere or similar estimating software
Bluebeam
Microsoft Excel
Blueprint and specification interpretation
Strong understanding of NEC and electrical systems
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
High attention to detail and organization
Strategic and analytical thinking
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with a solutions-oriented mindset
Post-secondary education or industry certifications preferred

Responsibilities

Review electrical drawings, specifications, and project documents
Perform detailed takeoffs and prepare accurate cost estimates
Develop budgets, proposals, bid packages, and scope reviews
Analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, engineers, and operations teams
Participate in preconstruction planning and value engineering efforts
Assist with project turnover and support awarded projects
Identify risks, opportunities, and cost-saving strategies
Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and industry partners
Support continuous improvement of estimating processes and systems
