About The Position
An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Garfield Heights, OH area for a local individual with 5+ years’ experience as an Electrical Estimator with a background in Commercial and Industrial construction projects. This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, annual bonuses, a 401K w/ matching, Short/Long Term Disability, Life insurance, PTO and other outstanding perks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Electrical Estimation experience on mid-large Commercial/ Industrial projects
- Experience with Construction Administration duties
- Experience with AutoCAD software and Accubid estimation software (or related)
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Vocational School
Responsibilities
- Labor/Material cost evaluation
- Interpreting blueprints
- Negotiation and proposal skills
- Quoting a vast array of project sizes ranging from Service and Maintenance to large multi-disciplined turnkey projects
