About The Position

Petri Electric has been powering commercial and industrial projects across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex since 1980. This role offers the opportunity to launch a long-term career with a company that invests in people who are ready to grow. The position involves assisting with electrical takeoffs and estimate preparation for commercial and industrial electrical projects. You will review project drawings, blueprints, and specifications, and support the estimating and preconstruction teams throughout the bidding process. This role requires maintaining organized digital project files, learning industry-standard estimating software and construction processes, and communicating effectively with various teams. The goal is to develop foundational skills in commercial electrical estimating, project coordination, and construction planning.

  • Ability to learn commercial electrical estimating, blueprint reading, and construction documentation processes

Responsibilities

  • Assist with electrical takeoffs and estimate preparation for commercial and industrial electrical projects in Dallas, TX
  • Review project drawings, blueprints, and specifications
